Stargate continuum shows that the Gould/Jaffa have a portable DHD remote. It can be assumed they probably had one on this episode too, it just isn't shown.
they better not take it off. i go years without watching new media sometimes. and i am not watching it just because they take the old media away, i will just go and watch something on a different platform.
season 8 is the last good season but the rest is ok... but... i just dont like the ori as villains i guess... i just view it as disappointing, i would have rather had some warlike ancients who broke off and we could see them just being these angry soldiers waging an ancient war they cannot win and they get the idea to forcibly enlist worlds in the milky way
I am glad that they only had one episode with any actual nudity, i doubt it would have lasted as long if that was a running theme throughout the show.
I seemingly always forget that its there until I start to do a rewatch and then I am just like "oh thats right, we have a random nude scene for some reason".
I could lay there with my eyes closed while it’s playing and recite word for word as it goes as well as see the scene in my mind. I had to stop, I burned myself.
I highly recommend doing a timeline watch. I included Origins, Atlantis, and SGU. I am currently watching Stargate and Atlantis and there are times that they line up so perfectly
Can you believe the kidnapping only occurred because one of them broke protocol and sat within the restricted zone
What, how so? I thought it was a convenient TV coincidence that the soldiers happened to be playing poker as Apophis came through the gate
bro 😭
It's so good.
Did the same couple of days ago. Just watched "Heroes". I forgot how hard that one hits.
Why did you remember me that I’m on my way to that episode?
Sorry! Still worth it.
I should also do a rewatch, I just got box sets for Universe and Atlantis, and we don't really have an ETA for the revival
I always wonder how the jaffa dialed the gate back and why the dialing computer didnt log what adres was dialed

I love that the very last piece of SG1 content answers this plot hole from the very first moments of the very first episode.
At that point, they thought Abydos was the only address that could be dialed. No reason to log something that's always going to be the same.
Ssssst we don’t talk about this.
I just started a rewatch/showing the series to a couple friends 2 months ago, and we are on season 4 now
I was up to season 7 and just saw it’s being taken off of prime in 10 days… gutted
It's not leaving prime this has happened every December for the last 6 years. It's a licensing thing or they use it to switch the version on prime.
Amazon owns MGM, it's a stock message for other media that has licensing privileges. It will renew as immediately as it leaves.
Not sure about it. The movies left the platform months ago.
Now, with the new series confirmed it is possible it gets renewed shortly or right away.
Anyway, I hope it gets renewed there right away. I am still halfway season 10 (first watch) and I am watching it in parallel with Atlantis.

Did you watch the movie first?
No but that’s also a good idea
Have you seen the movie? For a rewatch, I do get skipping the movie and going straight to SG-1. haha
Was just thinking about an Atlantis marathon. Let me know if you run through them all.
I am currently doing a rewatch, just started season 9, also watching Atlantis, doing them in chronological order...it's like heroin😂🤣
I like the earlier seasons much better. I'm struggling getting through the last two
When I’m there I will do one SG1, then one SGA and then one Farscape

Yeah i never liked the ori as villains either

Yes I also forgot but just got a good view
the effects of prime Showtime i guess

I almost missed the sarcasm
Better watch it on 2x speed, or you won't make it until the new series comes out.
Wait when is it coming out? That soon??
Already did the same and already at saison 5 eps 16 :(
💪🏻
Yes, this is the way.
That's about 6 full series watch throughs... for me at least.
I've only seen bits and clips from YT but it looks really good.
I could lay there with my eyes closed while it’s playing and recite word for word as it goes as well as see the scene in my mind. I had to stop, I burned myself.
Hahaha, I’ve literally just started it again after watching the original film. Had to start at the very beginning.
