Well, considering the guy who did it to him was punished with eternal torture, both physical and psychological, while he peacefully went to heaven, that sounds like justice was served, excessively so.

For the most part yea, like the pillar men are pretty extra but that’s kinda their whole point. They look regal and out of their time. Most other characters outfits would be something you could probably just wear irl and at most seem a little eccentric. Part 5 we have stuff like the Diavolo mesh shirt thing, Mista’s diamond outfit with weird coif hat, Bruno and Giorno have suits that expose their entire chest and it’s just treated as normal.
