Similar aside from Sam, he's looking like totally different dude like it's Sam's twin who out of the valley for a while but at least chill about the "new farmer"

You just drew the same face for everyone but changed the hair or coloring and outfit. It just looks like someone cosplaying as each character rather than different characters.
Don’t worry, you more than make it up with other details plus their personality shining through. Idk what that commenter is on because I’ve seen WAY worse examples of the “same face symptom”. Heck even anime/manga “suffers” from that
