I am wondering if the warnings about serotonin syndrome, bad interactions etc between antidepressants and different nootropics is blown out of proportion or not. On cymbalta, Auvelity, vraylar, vyvanse and Nuvigil but still can’t stay awake and have zero motivation. Want to add kanna, sabroxy, and 4'-DMA-7,8-Dihydroxyflavone. Thoughts? TIA.

Be aware that anecdotes, even your own anecdote could be an artifact of your beliefs. The placebo effect is just one way that suggestion affects our experience. Humans are social animals and the beliefs we accept can have a drastic impact on our experience. In many, if not most, cases the impact of our beliefs is greater than the impact of chemicals. This isn’t only true for herbs and supplements. ‘New’ or ‘dangerous’ sounding drugs can bring a rush when you first start taking them because of the fear and excitement. When the excitement wears off you’re back to baseline. Beware of the self-experimentation treadmill. If you aren’t finding sustainable solutions then reconsider your approach.

It is likely blown out of proportion because they are not discussing the doses of the nootropics, especially the ones that are natural to a human.
However we have to become informed and be alert. Side effects will happen in some people.
Ask your prescribing doctor. Yes, serotonin syndrome is a real and very dangerous chemical state that you can induce with the chemicals you ingest.
Incidentally, I notice eutropoflavin on your list there. I wasn't aware it interacts with serotonin or its receptors— but it really hasn't been studied much in humans at all. My understanding is that it promotes neurogenesis not just in your brain but throughout your body. Please tread cautiously: nobody really knows what that does long-term, and you're taking several potent pharmaceuticals simultaneously. Do you have any earthly reason to believe that your nervous system isn't regulating neurogenesis optimally already?
Yea because doctors always give sound advice...
Sulbutiamine can help as an antidepressant & TTFD can help with motivation.
If you plan to take eutropoflavin long-term you should combine it with polygala extract.
