I tried my hand at SteadyDancer maybe a week ago with some WFs I found on Civit and was having nothing but issues. And even after I got it working the results were terrible.
This WF worked perfectly :)
It's worth the extra time to render at a full 1280x720 if the goal is to maintain maximum likeness of the person in the input image.
About a year ago I was trying to achieve the same thing with UniAnimate (and others) with very mixed results.
The head motion is a mess - need to give the driving rig a better face structure for the model to latch on to; right now it keeps interpreting that odd football face as looking down
