• Now let's play "hunt for the clear queue button" again?

  • usually with my computer i like to keep my apps up to date. it's actually kinda enjoyable, like once a month open this app updater I have and go through to get some new features or just be happy it's not on the 'To Update' list.

not with Comfy. not anymore. fuck these recent updates. the UI is getting gangbanged, i'm seeing performance regressions all over the place, and the whole recent update push just seems like there's not much thought about end users. i'm far away from it all and happy.

I feel the same. I don't want to complain too much, because it's free, but I'm beginning to wonder if they actually know what the hell they're doing. Each update shifts something in the UI, sometimes back and forth. It all seems so chaotic and unfocused. And they don't communicate the changes to the community.

If ComfyUI entirely breaks we gonna go back to 2022 with Automatic1111 or Forge :)

Sources are there, we will just create new, Comfy Forge.

    17 million dollar investment btw

ui is getting fully bent over just for the sake of any change.

  • More useless UI changes, screw optimizations, of course I want my UI to use up more and more ram!

  • I feel like maybe there are some devs that aren't in the AI field, but they really want to contribute so they keep making unnecessary UI changes?

Please fix the disk usage loading every gen problem instead.

  • Why? There have been 3 or 4 different "bypass node" cosmetic button changes. Why? Surely something else deserves time?

  • I am still using the the version without the returned cancel button. Ironically, that change forced me to look for alternative ways to cancel a run. I found that Settings->Keybinding, then the command "Interrupt" will almost instantaneously cancel the running workflow. Not sure what its original bind was, as I remapped it to Ctrl+\, nicely building on the Ctrl-Enter muscle memory.

  • Stop. Changing. The UI. Every. Fucking. Month.

  • Ok, so the stop button has returned. Where did the start button go? I've been using the Ctrl-Enter keyboard shortcut for the last couple of weeks.

Isn't that the 'Run' button? Or am I mistaken?

I use the old UI, unless necessary, to use some new feature.

There should be a run button, but unless I'm blind, it's been gone for the past couple of weeks.

I certainly haven't seen changes to that button, other than removal of the stop button near it. That run button is supposed to be the same as queue button.

No, not desktop. I run Comfy headless on my my server and access it remotely. Looking at your screenshot, I think I know what happened. Somehow, in my late night couch fumbling, I must have dragged the run box out of frame. I don't know how to rehome it.

  • Can someone help me figure out why my UI has two LoRa Manager buttons? Also, yeah, all these back and forth UI changes are getting on my nerves too

  • Am on the Fronten before the nested node update bc it runs so much slower since then. Large workflows are impossible to use and iterate on in the new versions

  • they listen to our feedback, you have any problem?

    I have alot of problems

  • Looks good. Good change.

"looks good, doesn't work" has been my recent experience with comfy updates.
