I actually have never minded it too much. It does sometimes suck because it blurs in with the rest of the holiday, but it’s also easier to plan stuff around it. My BFF moved away a few years back, and it’s nice because she’s normally in town for the holidays and we get to hang out together.
Growing up my older brother would combine the gift so id get a new video game growing up. Lately ive found it a bit difficult to make plans. But we have kinda adapted doing a smallish celebration at beginning of December with friends at a convention. Only other complaint i have is the weather sometimes. But today was beautiful during day, smoked myself a couple of joints.
