• I’m so confused - what did they think was going to happen? The Mayor would forgive their utility bill? These people have mastered the art of the word salad

Yes she did. Not one sovcit understood why she did this.

    Sovereign citizen versus eminent domain.

    Godzilla versus ant.

Tell me what these have in common.

Sovcits hate understanding this one thing!

I don't think a Mayor has the power to cancel utility debts. Only the Grand Poobah can do that.

You left out our sovcit's derision for

    'utilities'

there. See, to get them paid, you have to show the proper disdain.

Mayor: Oh no, someone has figured out the secret code. Tell the office to give him all his utilities for free. I sure hope no one else figures out this secret code!

OP cast fireball. Municipal utilities cast Disconnect notice.

To the mayor. It's right there in the post.

    I have no idea.

No I get that, I don’t understand why she thought that would have a chance at happening.

I've seen this before. I don't fully understand the "logic" (as it strays well beyond the insane troll logic I can actually follow like claiming the US Government is a private business) but they think if they sign an "instrument" or "coupon for a "discharge of debt" they believe the debt in question will actually be discharged...somehow

Id genuinely love to have someone sit down and have a sovcit walk through the process. WIth the interviewer being a lawyer who can point out to them why its not working.

Talking to a sovereign citizen about the law is like talking to a 6 year old about a pretend duel. You can hit them with every check mate in the book but they will always counter with a "nuh uh, I used a forcefield"

So here’s what I understand: they believe for some reason that when you’re born the US government establishes a trust fund in your name and deposits into that account your estimated earnings for your entire life. I have never known why they think the US government would do that, given that most people aren’t “smart enough” to even realize no the trust fund is there. Then, they got into the Universal Commercial Code (UCC) and “figured out“ that the part of the bill that you tear off and send back when you make your payment can actually be turned into a negotiable instrument like a check. They write “pay to the order of“ and some other magic words on that coupon and send it back to whoever the bill came from with instructions to send it to the US Treasurer, who will then pay their bill out of their trust fund. Of course, they make it a lot more complicated than that, but that’s the general idea. Amazingly as far as I can tell, it has never worked. This lady thought she had paid the bill when she sent it to the mayor, although she didn’t explain in any detail what she wrote on the coupon, and I’m not sure if she really understands what she was supposed to be doing. In any event, it doesn’t matter what she wrote on it, it wasn’t going to work.

you actually explained a bit of something there i feel like i've gotten a deeper scratch into the surface of what they're trying to do or why. Your suffering has not gone unnoticed. Thank you.

I have so many questions about the underlying assumption that the government creates a trust fund when you’re born and funds it with your expected lifetime earnings. How do they determine what your future earnings are going to be when you’re a baby? Since 99.99% of us are completely unaware these funds exist, what happens to them when we die? I know my parents weren’t aware of their trust funds, so do I inherent them?

I think the argument is that the federal government uses the citizens as collateral for the national debt, therefore divide the debt by the # of US citizens and each of us are entitled to that amount. Obviously rubbish but…they try.

Yes I'm aware. I'd just love to have a lawyer sit down and go over this with them while being recorded in a setting where they have the time to explain and not just a judge doing his job.

What they lack usually is a good grounding in basic law. They don’g\t usually understand the fact there are national laws and state laws and the relationship between them. They don’t understand what municipal courts are. They don’t understand basic constitutional law. They don’t know how to do legal research and what the basic relationship is between statutory law and court decisions is. They don’t understand what common law is. So many basics…

When they say they are under common law. They dont even know what that means.
Common law includes laws made by rulings in courts. And since courts have consistently ruled that you cannot travel behind the wheel of your road canoe without a license.. You know the rest.

They think that these trust fund accounts set up by the government have something like $100 million in each person's account. But taking into consideration that there are like 350 million people in the country, each account having 100 million means there would be more money than exists in the entire world in these accounts.

and make sure the sovcit is one who has accessed their $100,000,000 bond successfully and can let everyone else know exactly how to become rich.

Yes. When they start dishing up that argument. Ask them to see a balance for the account..

Of course, they think that buying a million of some nearly worthless currency will allow them to exchange the stuff one-for-one with US dollars "any day now."

    You're talking about cryptobros.

Actually, it's the NESARA / GESARA thing.

Crypto is a thing for many of them too, but it's a different (although related) thing for them.

But your comment describes crypto perfectly.

Keep a plate on hand so you can map out their circular logic

    Old lawyer here.

I couldn't do it. I see these sovcit posts, and I read them, and my head starts to explode trying to find a logical thread.

Ah nice. I honestly would have loved to have taken an education as lawyer but here in Denmark we'd never have this kind of cases.

But I've been watching so many of thr court cases with sovcits that I've learned so much about how courts work in usa.

Cases like the Kim Blandino and Darrell Brooks for example.

I was one of the people writing in to the court when the guy posed as a juror writing in a sub he made during the trial. Just to let the court have a chance to look into it if they needed to. And it was taken up in court by judge Dorrow. It was clear he tried to go for mistrial.

But no dice. Glad Darrell got what he got. Kinda hard not to I'd say. There were literally photos of him in the car as it was driving in to the crowd so there's not much of a Shaggy defense there.

The somehow tends to be: the high powers that be are supposed to debit their super secret but totally real ALL CAPS NAME billion dollar bank account

They claim that the payment coupon which comes with a bill works just like a grocery coupon, for the amount listed. When in reality it's just a remittance coupon for the utility company to use to apply the payment to the proper account for the proper amount. But in typical sovcit fashion, they write their incantations all over it and send it back without payment and expect their utilities to be free.

I got that you get it, but I don't think she gets it.

  • I don’t know why but I love reading and laughing about these people. If it was that easy, why wouldn’t millions of people be doing it?

Honestly some people here feel bad for them, but I've been in their groups for years and years, and I say that they're nasty greedy thieves, watching them over these years, other than a few truly desperate or mentally ill people. People should not feel bad for them too much, getting sucked in by a guru is unfortunate, but also if you're dumb enough to believe this you probably need a hard lesson.

Click here for one trick utility companies HATE!

  • Why the mayor? That makes less sense than usual. Most utilities are not owned or operated by the state or city. They are normally a third party company separate from the city and state. Sure the city and state may have regulations they have to follow but that’s it. So in what messed up illogical world are they living in to where the city would pay for their utilities?

All of the sovcits in the comments also asked her this.

Probably bc all the lowly peasants aren’t privy to the “true process”, so they try to go to the biggest person in charge they can think of

At least where I live, most utilities are regulated (if not owned) by the county, not the city. So if there were some magic spell to discharge utility fees, she'd have to cast it on the county supervisor, not a lowly mayor.

Who else but the mayor would be entrusted with the municipal mattress where all the money is kept?

Follow up questions: 1. What brand of mattress is it? a. Sealy Posturepedic? b. Simmons Beautyrest? c. Craftmatic Adjustable Bed?

    1. If c, what are the settings?

    2. Has the tag been removed, under penalty of maritime law? 😂😂😂

It's obviously all of these things and more, and I feel going into the specifics would only serve to limit your imagination. I will however reveal that they usually have gold fringes.

Also, shouldn't they be asking if the Mayor has jurisdiction?🤣😂🤣😂

They probably need to check first to see if the city flag has gold fringes or not.

There are some municipalities where the town owns the power plant and provides electricity.

  • I wonder what they would do if their boss gave them a coupon instead of wages??

Well, none of them have had a real job, so they wouldn’t even know what real wages looks like.

  • TIL what a "presentment" is. At least, I looked up what an actual presentment is. I can't tell what they think it is.

Probably another "negotiable instrument" that is, in fact, non-negotiable.

  • "Like you never made any mistakes."

Actually yeah lady I never have written the mayor asking for a formal pardon from my utility bills.

  • What the actual fuck ? This crazy individual thinks the mayor can just log in or make a call and suddenly everything is okey-dokey ?

Thats not even remotely how that works. Was the mayor supposed to pay the bill ?
Does this moron think that utility is manifested out of nothing ? that its entirely free ?

Well, I mean, these are the same ppl thay somehow think their SSN is valuable enough to be traded globally and be worth millions of dollars because you can use the SSN for.......something

Some of them think that their SSN is the amount the government is holding in their super secret bank account.

I just wish one of them would try to put it into words how they think those funds are generated because I guarantee, most of them think the funds just manifest out of thin air into their Super Secret Bank Account that can only be accessed by their red ink wet signature on a Lunar Equinox.

Like I've pointed out, if there was $100 million in these secret accounts for each of the 350 million people in the country, that would be more money than exists in the entire world.

I always thought that was funny, especially since alot of their SSNs are only worth about the cost of a Happy Meal

  • Assuming that the SovCit had a legit form of payment, why send it to the mayor?

  • Reading through this and many of the other sov-cit writings on this sub, I'm beginning to have a sneaking suspicion I know what the underlying problem is here.

  • I really don't understand this movement. Why are these people spending so much time on learning how to do things to make life unbearably difficult?

They think they're using super secret life cheat codes, but in reality all they do is make their lives a lot harder than they'd otherwise be. I mean, instead of just paying a traffic ticket fine they get their window busted out, car towed, hauled off to jail, and have to appear in court in front of the judge where they risk being held in contempt of court.

  • Some of these sovcit stories are in serious need of reenactments ala “Crank Yankers” or in this case “Tom Goes to the Mayor” 😆

  • It's a shame these folks are so driven by emotion. They can't even spell-check their own rambling thoughts.

  • Even Mayor McCheese couldn't help her out on this one. What a clown.

  • “how can i make life even harder?”

    these people are fucking stupid

  • So Sovcit idiot thinks they have unlocked the secret to not paying for things you received? Fun times.

"Make America... er well, Stupid," I guess.

Thinking you've unlocked the secret for not paying for things is a requirement to be a sovcit.

  • I saw a video the other day with a sovcit pulling the magic bank account trick in court. Maybe this dude thinks it just works like that? Say take it from my magic billions and itll go away.

  • That would have worked had she spun around twice counterclockwise while holding an odd amount of squirrels above her head.

I thought it was an even number of odd squirrels, but maybe that explains my lack of success

Damn, I used raccoons. They were not happy.

Excuse me, counterclockwise is a term of the illegal statist regime, and the proper legal term is "widdershins." Signed without prejudice, my full ALL CAPS NAME.

  • the Mayor

Yes. When I pay my taxes, I send the payment to POTUS. 😆

  • Get a life.

  • Yes, go off the grid completely and stop wasting everyone’s time.

  • To the mayor? Hahahahaha

  • Going to say this one time.

Stop f****** laughing at me. You join this group to help me.

Give me everything I need and leave me alone because I am a child.

    xD OMGGGGGGGG. 😂

  • Seems like a rather stable and welcoming community with absolutely zero chance of infighting

    Oh wait…

  • Sovereign citizen FAFO's, film at eleven.

  • I wonder how they paid the $250. Probably not with a payment slip.

  • Coupon? Let's see it.
