The fact that they think they can show up without entering a plea is so funny. If youâre challenging everything about the case, youâre pleading not guilty whether or not you say those words. The judge isnât âpracticing law from the benchâ by entering a plea on an uncooperative defendantâs behalf. If itâs obvious youâre saying you didnât do it, the only other option is not guilty if you still want a trial. Which they always do want, but they always try to delay getting to that point.
"Here by special appearance". "Travelling, not driving". "I need a new public defender". "Petition the court to dismiss all charges". "I'm not the all-caps entity"
As a free and natural man, saying that I am traveling in a conveyance free from maritime law is like breathing. It comes naturally. Like a gift of God, I tell you what.
arguably n4 & n5 shouldnt be on here. those could happen to anybody unlucky enough to end up at a hearing. not a lot of time + not-great public speaking skills is an unfortunate but common combination

Your honor, I draw your attention to the Straw Man Act, passed by both houses of Congress and signed in to law by President Abraham Lincoln on Nov. 5th, 1872 . . .
Based solely on videos from the YouTube channel Court Cam. Highly recommend if you haven't seen it.
You, random person on Reddit, are doing the Lord's work
Amen
You can replace the veiled threat with Black's law dictionary since you missed that one.
It's usually "Black Laws Dictionary" though
"Challenge jurisdiction for the 50th time".
That is a side game. You have to take a drink every time they challenge jurisdiction. I challenge anyone's ability to make it to the end of a video.
Are you trying to send people to the hospital?
I'm an investor in Big Ambulance
I laughed out loud at this because I was thinking of alcohol poisoning if I took a shot every time they said stupid stuff.
I didn't realize how common "sick burn by the judge" actually is in the videos. Hilarious
For example when they sentence them to 30 days for contempt. That is the sickest of burns.
I think we missed "Objecting to the Judge overruling their objection"
If there was a channel that only streamed SovCit court cases, I would subscribe to that so hard!
Are you joking?

I love Team Skeptic. My kids want his outro jingle to be a real song lol
It's a remix of the Underground Music from the original Super Mario
I'm shocked Nintendo hasn't sued him
Wait thank you đ¤Ł
How about when the sovcit dismisses their own case?
My current fav is âI am ordering a stay pending an administrative court reviewâ
âSir, this is a criminal court.â
Good point, we need a square for "asking if this is a criminal or civil case"
I'm pretty sure I have seen some cases that tick all the boxes on their own.
"Challenges jurisdiction" and "Demands judge provide copy of oath" need to be on there, as well as "refuses to enter a plea."
Very important having the Oath of Office provided. Most people don't overstand this.

"Practicing law from the bench" should get its own square.
change "gets held in contempt" to "attempts to hold the judge in contempt"
"Here by special appearance". "Travelling, not driving". "I need a new public defender". "Petition the court to dismiss all charges". "I'm not the all-caps entity"
We can make dozens of cards, each unique.
Demand the judge state if they took an oath
How do they say im traveling with a straight face?

Years of practice saying it in the mirror
Looks good. I would add to âignores own lawyerâ âself-represents or ignores own lawyer.
Iâm playing this game with friends!!!
Great work. Maybe a SovCit Jeopardy could be a funny video skit. Maybe SNL could try it. đ
I wish Portlandia was still being made, because I think this would be a perfect skit for Fred and Carrie.
Easiest full card bingo ever.
Free space should be "Here by special appearance."
Also needs "I am a living man/woman", "You (the judge) are my trustee", calling the judge "MY honor", and "I cannot REpresent myself."
Tries to get judge to accept an After David of Truth.
UCC
Co-hersion.

Iâm surprised thereâs no mention of child support.
Well what the fuck am I supposed to do when I get hauled into court and they have a gold rimmed US flag. Hello!!!
Hmmmmmm
Should Maritime law also be a square on the bingo card?
It is?
Apparently I can't read these days!
