They do Christmas lights on the water synced with music (last I heard the water was drained but the lights and music were still going). It’s a little walkable area with lots of cute shops all decorated for Christmas! I went last year for a double date night and we did wine tasting, dinner, shopped and watched the light show! Smithville inn has great food too
Christmas village is about the most exciting thing for the winter. If youre good at ice skating theres hollydell in washington twp and the Philly ice rink.
Otherwise maybe one of the pottery or paint places like pinspiration,Fahrenheit, paint ground, paint a treasure
Hubby and I did a historical tour in Philly 2 years ago on a sunny Saturday in the winter. It’s outdoors so you don’t actually go into any sites but the tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and very personable. He kept our group interested. 95% of the people in our group were from the Delaware Valley and just wanted to learn a bit about the historic areas in the city.
Following the tour, hubs and I hit Mac’s Tavern for lunch. It was a great date day.
The hell with the ideas, I'm still looking for the date part. The ideas will follow if I could just find a date!
