    I believe that Suri Dao is the one that people know the least about, right? I am assuming from the article, and from what one of the lawyers said, that the stuff is all an act but we shouldn’t 100% assume these two aren’t just fully 100% crazy on their own.     Come on, you’re trolling here. First of all, it’s not the only person whose gender is mentioned, second of all the two people they mention as trans are folks who did not legally transition and whose names therefore sound confusing, since they don’t match the pronouns that are properly used for them in the article. Several central people being trans is pretty central to the story overall, and reporters and cops keeping peoples names and pronouns straight has constantly been a minor issue in the various police records if you followed it for a while. They handle it OK here
