Nerf blizzard, make them fundies focused

i feel like upB should work better? i don't have a lot of experience with or against them in Ultimate, but it does seem like the partner one dies a lot of times i wasn't expecting, and it makes it almost too easy for me.

They're not bad. Maybe a tiny buff, but none of that wobble shit they used to be infamous for.

I like them how they are. Insane really difficult combos that delete stocks, but a super exploitable weakness.

Feels like they need a tiny nudge to be really good.
