I'm supposed to catch an early morning flight tomorrow, so decided to spend the night at the airport. Any suggestions how to enjoy my time at the airport? I don't want to fall asleep and miss my flight.

  • just sit at the gate and wait for your plane. Practice patience and embrace boredom.

  • Depends on the airport really, some are great some are terrible. But..you can people watch, read a book, take photographs, ride the train between terminals, take a walk to get some steps in and use the wifi. If the airport has hotels or other attractions close by, you can visit them to kill some time.

  • If we don't know which airport how is anyone supposed to be able to help you

  • If it’s in Asia there might be a sleep pod you can buy for the night.

  • If this was me, I would for sure hunker down and watch a movie on my laptop or phone. Or a highly bingeable TV show/Youtube series to pass the time. Good luck!

  • I had to spend the night in the Fairbanks, AK Airport one time. There was one tiny bar and about 8 people in the entire airport. The lady at the bar was actually a server because the bartender left sick. She didn't drink and didn't even know how to pour a beer. As a former bartender myself, I was trying to tell her how to make specific drinks that some young ladies had ordered. Needless to say, I ended up tending bar in an empty airport and got pretty sloshed for free.

  • What airport is it?

  • Well, I'm sorry, but this is a dumb question. If we have no idea what airport you're in.!!!

I'm sorry it's not. I just wanted to know how to kill time in any airport.. irrespective of the place. Just a simple question

Well, every airport is in a different area some airports have restaurants right around them. You can walk out the door somewhere out in the boonies. Yes, it is a dumb question.

  • reddit, instagram, youtube shorts - all great time wasters.

    or watch movies/series/shows

  • Providing airport name would be more useful, but generic advise - travel lounge and Reddit/Youtube.
