It’s shitty because it’s not the real spicy crunchy tuna roll I want, but I don’t trust nutrition facts for anything not made by me 😐

    The filling is a pack of tuna, soy sauce, chili flakes, light mayo and shredded cabbage. Half of a nori sheet. 2/3rds of microwave sticky rice cup. Spread the rice on some plastic wrap, place the nori sheet on it, tuna + cabbage. Roll tightly and put in the fridge for a few hours.

    I put G Hughes sf general tsos sauce (in place of eel sauce 💔) and some minced onion (in place of the crunchies 💔) on top

    what are the crunchies traditionally? Maybe crushed up French’s onions could be tasty

    Yep, I think it’s usually the fried onions or tempura flakes.

    I can’t have the French’s onions in my house or I will eat the whole container in one sitting. Lol
