• “by approaching vehicle it is assumed you agree to the terms of the contract” is my favorite

“All Persons reading this comment beyond this point here >>[ ! ] shall pay me $50 immediately.”

I don't recognize your silly dollar. I have my own zardozmarks to pay with.

Zardozmarks is a valid currency here and will be accepted  — username checks out.

"This is an automobile, not a motor vehicle"

He's got one those gerbil powered lancers lol

That one actually raises an interesting question about the difference between an engine and a motor....

They're colloquially interchangeable, but technically an engine converts chemical energy into mechanical energy through combustion, and a motor converts other forms of energy (usually electricity, but could also be hydraulic or pneumatic or whatever really) into mechanical energy. Or into motion, I guess.

But it's worth noting that plenty of regional dialects refer to cars as "motors", and we drive on motorways and not engineways, and pretty much everyone calls car racing a "motorsport", so the distinction is mostly used for specific contexts where that clarity is necessary.

Yep. All that. But I wonder if there are any laws that hinge on a particular definition...

Ones for sheeple & ones for travellers

  • I almost feel like this is viral marketing for Michael’s and Cricut vinyl cutter.

It really is great quality work.

People with schizophrenia is one of their biggest markets

Genuine lol, but you may be onto something. I'm sure there's untapped market potential to these weirdos. I see this and all I think is "this douche doesn't have insurance and will ding the shit out of my doors".

  • Ah yes the Sovereign Citizens, the biggest nutjobs in the country. I love those people, they are so delusional. It's the Uniform Commercial Code!

I had a work friend who dabbled in that nonsense. One day he told me, "Did you know that you don't actually need to pay income taxes?" And then gave me the explanation, some weird thing about the 16th Amendment not being correctly ratified or some crap like that. I just told him, "Good luck with that. Let me know how it works out."

They are hilarious. T.C. Boyle wrote a fabulous novel about them, "The Harder They Come." Highly recommend.

OMG! I have a friend who got hit with a DUI while parking in front of his house (but it was because he refused the field sobriety test). I told him to get a lawyer, but he didn't have the $ to get one. So he decided to "research" how to defend himself, and found the "straw man theory" (which a lot of sovereign citizens try to use)... He says he got off, but from the story he told me, it sounds like the judge wanted to reschedule the hearing.

For the record, you should always refuse the field sobriety test if there’s any chance of alcohol in your system. Yes, they will take your license. A lawyer friend told me it’s much easier/cheaper to get your license back as opposed to fighting a DUI. 🤷‍♂️

I'm not saying he shouldn't have refused it, I was just starting the facts and to show that he didn't fail a field sobriety test, but was automatically charged. The big point is his defense...

Haha tax protesters were the original sovcits. Its a hole people fall into when they owe the govt tax money.

  • Nice find, OP. I'm so impressed.

  • "By reading the words on this car, you're entering into a binding contract to leave me alone and go about your business while I travel freely as is my god-given natural right, laid out in every holy text that I pretended to read, along with the Magna Carta and the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the US and Morocco circa 1786. I reserve all my rights as a warm-blooded mammal with fur and tits".

  • and I can write crazy shit like "I'm a purple princess alligator" on my car and it still won't make that true either

  • I'm a sovereign citizen but let me quote a bunch of amendments and laws that would only actually protect a US citizen with no hint of irony at all!!!

Constitutional rights apply to all persons not just citizens.

Well, some of them are specific to citizens, but yeah, the majority supply to all, regardless of their citizenship status.

And laws also apply to everyone who is on the country soil, be it a citizen, a foreigner, a tourist or even an illegal immigrant. For some reason sovereign citizens find this concept really hard to understand and think that declaring a bankruptcy some special citizenship status makes them exempt from following the laws.

Exempt BUT the Evil Gummint is expected to follow them anyway. SMH.

Oh which ones are specific to citizens?

Ones that say citizens vs persons. Like everyone has due process, but only citizens can vote in presidential elections.

Oh where in the Constitution does it expressly establish that only citizens can vote? Spoiler alert it doesnt.

Well the 19th amendment only applies to citizens.

“The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex”.

I think the comment you were responding to was being overly broad in its phrasing, but clearly the 19th amendment only protects the voting rights of U.S. citizen women.

It does not protect women who are not U.S. citizens.

Try to buy a gun if you arent a citizen.

Edit: wherein it IS possible for a select group of people, its VERY low frequency.

Facepalm... more than half of the cpuntry allows private sales to anyone including non citizens.

And if we want to be cheeky like that, i could just gift ANYONE a firearm. Doesnt mean its legal for them to posess. Would open me up to serious penaltiea if i did. My point was that the 2nd amendment doesnt apply in its entirety to non-citizens (with a few small exceptions)

The 2nd amendment has no citizen requirement. Any restrictions to citizens would have been added by federal or state law.

And even those only limit people who are here undocumented. I think you might not know what youre talking about.

At the surface, yes.As the 2nd amendment is not specific as to assuring firrarms rights, but to all "Arms". But have you ever tried purchasing a firearm from a licensed dealer? Filled out a 44-73? There ARE further restrictions on non-citzens who do not hold green cards. Admittedly this is more of a regulation imposed by the gun control act passed in the 1960s, but still restricts/alters the rights of non-citizens. There are a few supreme court cases as well... trying to dig those up, but harried by higher priority tasks.

Again... you are wrong. Non-citizens are allowed to purchase and possess firearms.

That's right, all persons. It doesn't say citizens.

I wonder if they thought about that.

Considering how many of these sovereign citizens tend to miss the irony, I assume they've never thought much.

You’ve never actually read the Constitution have you? Pre Amendments it just lays out how the government will function and what the State doesn’t have the right to do. The Federalists didn’t believe the Bill of Rights were necessary because it was assumed the Constitution didn’t apply to individuals and felt that if they made something like the Bill of Rights people would say people don’t have the right to do something because it isn’t enumerated in the Constitution. The Anti-Federalists demanded the Bill of Rights to protect basic human rights from government overreach. Both of them were right. I’m not a sovereign citizen, but you sure as fuck don’t know or understand American civics. Rights are natural and inalienable, “unable to be taken away from or given away by the possessor.” They are God given and do not recognize political boundaries and if you have some dipshit making the argument that a group of people aren’t protected by the Constitution they’re full of shit and don’t know what they’re talking about.

But yes sovereign citizens are stupid.

  • "Not For Hire" ....bummer, looks like a great ride !

Haha this is so he isnt doing "commerce"

Right, because commerce and the economy are just another way to control us is their corrupt system! Never mind that people have been trading goods and services since the beginning of time

  • 10 Internets says this SovShit is going to end up in jail...

Likely she is or did already. This is the sovcit lady's latest posted court appearance, where the judge warns her that posting court hearings will end up in getting a contempt charge. So she might have got some jail time for that. I don't know about the rest of the case, she might have resorted to Sovereign citizen's favorite tactic - when things inevitably go sideways for them - just stop posting updates and ignore the failures as if they never happened.

    https://youtu.be/khZ4m7GoQU0?si=MDdaivkOmDe6uYSO

What an insufferable woman. I can’t believe I watched the whole video.

    I'm sorry

Oh don’t be! I was honestly hoping something would happen in the video other than her talking over the judge for the nth time.

Oh this is some gold “Description: My multi-billion dollar civil rights lawsuit is now pending How to reclaim America 101: Rule No. 1- Flood the courts with civil rights lawsuits.“

That's the inevitable fate of SovShits... Jail or Prison.

    • Thank you YouTube Channel Ragical the Unhallowed Knight for the term "SovShit".
  • THIS IS AN AUTOMOBILE, NOT A MOTOR VEHICLE! 🙄

  • Need P. Barnes to come regulate …

  • (free hugs, just ask)

  • i aint readin allat

  • Mitsubishi-- America's finest!

  • I can understand where he's coming from but... Still kookoo crazy

It is coming from a poor education and lack of critical thinking. That's my guess at least...

    Or plain wishful, fantastical thinking.

Yeah, that too. And in the case of this lady, also an overinflated ego, narcissistic tendencies and extreme entitlement.

  • I've never seen a vehicle with "Not for Hire", and thought about hiring it.

  • Rolling probable cause.

  • Watch the show: PD Live. They love a-holes like this. If he so much as fails use his turn signal, it will have the same ending. He'll be blabbering on about his rights, the cop will be radioing for backup. Eventually (assuming he doesn't try to flee and elude- in a Mitsubishi POS, not likely), they will break the window, jack open the door, drag his ass out, maybe tase him for good measure, cuff and stuff. Failure to provide ID, failure to comply, resisting arrest for starters. Great entertainment, my favorite TV show content.

  • Yet another cult that draws in the weak-minded, disenfranchised, and astonishingly gullible among us. At least these morons advertise their lunacy in plain view so the rest of us can steer clear 🙄

It’s the slightly more grown-up version of believing in magic.

  • But is the car “for hire”? It’s not clear.

  • Cop sez Na. Judge sez Na.

  • It will be a nice talking piece as it eternally sits between n the impound yard.

  • I ain’t reading all that

  • Shit, I saw a very similar car a few days ago. I wonder if it was a Sovcit. I didn't get a chance to see the tags.

  • Hopefully he has his own cutter if not imagine ordering this to be made 💀

  • Whenever I need reminding that fully 50% of the population is below average intelligence, I look at this kind of shit on reddit.

Yeah but 50 percent are smarter than average too.

  • Has anyone told these guys warding your car doesnt keep the popo away?

  • So what this says is ‘police officers, please be prepared to break my windows and drag me out of my car’

  • So much cognitive dissonance in such a little space

  • Haha, look what I found about this sovereign citizen and her car (from a lolsuit where she is suing everyone for violating "muh rights"):

    1. Petitioner was wrongfully arrested by Deputy S. Murphy by following the orders of the Respondent, Sheriff Brad Whitehead, instead of following the law, without a warrant or probable cause, and based on the belief that citizens do not have the right to travel, and despite the obvious fact that the Petitioners car is fully covered in vinyl decals of laws, case laws, legal definitions and facts based on the liberties preserved for the public in which the deputy refused to read or acknowledge. Petitioner was arrested within one minute of the deputy approaching the car window, giving the Petitioner no time to explain anything, further violating the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to challenge jurisdiction and to maintain due process protections. The Deputy only asked twice for an ID and never asked the Petitioner to step out of the automobile before busting the window and physically removing her, all of which happened in under one minute. Incident explained and detailed in #8 below.

    From here: https://acis.flcourts.gov/portal/court/68f021c4-6a44-4735-9a76-5360b2e8af13/case/FB824631-BBD0-4026-B339-6CA888D0B87E

  • Cops can’t wait to pull him over.

  • So they’re not subject to laws; but they’re protected by SCOTUS? I’m confused lol.

  • At this point in history, "We The People" is a phrase more fetishized than "Yes, daddy?"

  • Are those hand-placed sticky letters??

Looks like they used a vinyl cutter. The lettering is way too neat for individual letters.

It's actually well done, and yes, it's crazy!

It’s a lot of damn work!

I'm betting they have a lot of time on their hands, likely on the government dole of the government they detest.

Well. Thats a possibility I guess?

  • “Not for hire”

  • I ain't reading allat

  • Do you want people to think you are batshit crazy?

Because this is how you get people to think you are batshit crazy.

  • Let me guess, “taxes are illegal.”

  • These people are nuts. They reject laws and authority, and refuse to may their mortgage as they claim fiat currency is not legitimate.

Then they go crying to local law enforcement when their mortgage servicer forecloses on them for refusing to pay.

  • The flag is backwards

  • Is that Dr Bronners car?

  • Going straight to the yard and they are walking home.

  • I just assume anyone with that flag on their truck, skin, or clothes was an abused chikd and is a dangerous adult.

  • Man, remember when all this would make this guy a simple whack job? Pepperidge Farms remembers!

  • This is the TLDR car

  • I work at the city hall of a medium size midwestern city.

I have only encountered one sovereign citizen and i can describe it as their delivery was 100% normal but the words they were saying made absolutely no sense. They were trying to argue the way land was originally platted in like 1880 was incorrect. This person filed claim deeds against like 20 properties in their neighborhood.

  • I was really hoping that this was being recorded in the impound lot.

  • Damn; the crazy is strong in this one😆😳

  • He feeds homeless people? Pssht fake Christian. Everyone knows Christians don't believe in charity anymore

  • Was this found in New Hampshire? Wouldn’t surprise me.

  • These sovereign citizen nuts are so stupid as well as gullible to believe the garbage someone is telling them. Once caught they will find out just how stupid they are and they will be faced with a huge impound fee to get their car out of the impound yard.

  • All that and yet have the flag wrong.

  • This person is going to cause car accidents!

  • Somebody loves living life the hard way.

  • What does the "hoof prints here" decal mean?

  • What is up with the registration plate?

  • I want to leave a business card for my glass/windshield replacement business. He would be a repeat customer

  • What is it with sovcits, religious nuts, and walls of text on their cars?

  • It's kinda scary imagining these people on the road driving a car

  • Feeding strays, the homeless and telling people to always record police I can get behind.

  • Umm if you dont recognize the laws you dont have rights under them

  • The entitlement of Sovereign Citizens, that laws don’t apply to them is hysterical. 😁

You may want to read before speaking.

Go on… Do they not feel entitled, that laws don’t apply to them?

  • This is the kind of person who decides to buy a plotter cause they know they make too many custom orders for vinyl stickers

  • Picture_Enough F I N A L L Y did it right! You can actually SEE what’s on there & not only see EVERY dang thing, but you can read it at the same time!! BRAVO - btw if those are stickers - my dude!!! that is dedication, what a shit-ton of work & time

That's not my video, I just re-shared it here. And the video was originally shot and uploaded by schizoride owner herself before the car was stopped, the window broken and her arrested (like all sovereign citizens end up).

Picture_Enough F I N A L L Y did it right! You can actually SEE what’s on there & not only see EVERY dang thing, but you can read it at the same time!! BRAVO - btw if those are stickers - my dude!!! that is dedication, what a shit-ton of work & time 😄👍

  • Let me know when the body cam video surfaces. It will be a good one.

  • No one is stopping to read all that

  • And none of this will ever hold up in court. Not a single manically scribbled word means a damn thing to the law. I would say that these people need to rejoin reality, but I'd prefer they fucking didn't.
