When we were trying to get pregnant, I made sure na nagte-take ako ng usual na multi-vitamins, magnesium glycinate, collagen. Then my husband takes CoQ10 for the heart and Lion’s Mane. I’m not saying po that they’re proven to help us or yung main function nila is for fertility but when we made this shift, I’d like to think it helped.
If I hadn’t gotten pregnant, were considering Belta Folic Acid. Nabasa ko somewhere that it’s good but didn’t get the chance to try this bc we got pregnant after 8 months of trying.

While other countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom offer over-the-counter oral contraceptives such as Opill and Hana, the Philippines does not currently offer over-the-counter birth control that way. Contrary to popular belief, pill brands such as Trust Pill, Lady, Charlize, etc. are listed as prescription medication. This can be seen on their official site. At Safe Sex PH, we place health and safety at the forefront of our community. We highly encourage consulting medical professionals before beginning the use of any contraceptive pill, contraceptive shot, IUD, or the arm implant.

Consult na kayo sa OB before pa magbuntis. Pre-conception consultatio na agad. Things to do, things to not do, etc. Baka need na ng work-up para macheck kung bakit hindi pa rin nakakabuo kahit 3 years na kayong trying. Better kung guided na kayo ng OB. Best of luck!
Hi! Best is to not get stressed about it and let it happen naturally. Hubby and I went on a full TTC journey for almost 2 yrs. Nagpaalaga sa OB, ND, and exercising. Followed the sex schedule strictly. Pero waley. One day, we decided were done. Baka di pa time and enjoyed the DINK life. Ayon after 2 mos of doing the things we love, ayon nakabuo bigla. ✨ Our baby is now 10 mos old!

When we were trying to get pregnant again, I took folic acid supplements and did low carb diet, avoided stress in general. It worked.
First pregnancy palang kasi. What age kayo nagtry ng first? 3 years in the making na kasi kami
Second child na namin yun after 7 yrs of trying and I was 31. At first nagfalse positive ako and after 2 mos ayun pregnant na. Yung first is 23 ako.
Paconsult na kayo OP if matagal na kayo ngtatry mgconceive. Hingi kayo advise sa OB.

Based on my OB: Quatrofol, Fish oil, glutathione.
Best "pill" : avoid stress (both couple)
