Hell yes. Enjoy it man. You can just burn Sega CD games, in case you didn't know. No DRM. A flash cart would let you play all the Genesis, Master System and 32X games, plus let you change the region on the Sega CD.
Dude I'm with you lol. I have 2 games for the 32x, Knuckles Chaotix and DOOM CD Fusion and I'm always still blown away by the technology. It's imo the coolest old school console tech ever.
Where are you located? In the US the Genesis was 89.99, the SegaCD was 149.99 (probably less) and the 32X was 149.99 but easily cranked down to 74.99 due to lack of sales.
I dont care what anyone says. I remember loving Knuckles Chaotix back in the day. I admit that I havent played it in decades but it's the game I remember most fondly from 32x.

I want to point out:
In 1995: 149.99 for the Genesis, 229.99 for the Sega CD, 249.99 for the 32X. That makes it $629.97.
...which makes it #$1,426.87. In today's money, that is.
Add in the SMS converter and the GG converter, and it's over $1500!
Don't forget the copy of Sonic&Knuckles and a Game Genie!
A beast will emmerge from that pit for sure
None of that is remotely accurate.
A new Genesis in 1995 was $80 USD tops, but used ones were everywhere for <$20.
The Sega-CD 2 launched at $229 in 1993. They were <$100 brand new in 1995.
The 32X launched at $159 and was $99 in 1995.
The Sega-CD and 32X weren't sold as entry level hardware. They were for people who had long since purchased a Genesis.
There is no such thing as Game Gear converter and in 1995 it had been half a decade since the Power Base Converter had ceased being manufactured.
The 32x was around $150 when it released in the US, I bought one right after they came out.
Expensive but always ahead of time, no matter what.

Congrats! Game on!

Clean that thing
Wow, you got Knuckles Chaotix!
Dude. Not only did you make the BEST Tower of Power. But you have the BEST game for the 32x!!!
Have a great Holidays man!!!
you too! yeah chaotix has been a blast, the movement is super fun, I feel like I could spend years getting better at it
I absolutely love that game and the final boss is goated. Great boss fight game in general. Enjoy! You playing on a tube TV or with modern hookups?
I have an hdmi converter and a modern TV
I highly recommend getting the HD Retrovision cables if you have component input.
glorious
I went through multiple 32x’s back in the day. Somehow, they’re prone to failure I guess. Hope you have better luck!
My favorite tower variant is with a CDX.
Hell yeah, Brother!
The tower of power, to sweet to be sour. Crazy like a monkey now let’s get funky! Mid 90’s are the place to be for video gaming
Nice holidays from the Netherlands!
Long may it stand.
No you didn't. I'm order for it to be the tower of power requires a 32x, about 10 Sonic and Knuckles carts, and a power base converter.
Classic
You should try to find the SEGA Channel component. It would take the spot of the game but it’s a nice top floor.
Really needs the Sonic and knuckles with sonic 3 plugged in as the cherry on top
Sheesus, what was Sega thinking...
That's not a tower. That needs model 1s. This is maybe a bungalow of power. Or maybe strip mall of power. Congrats though.
I specified it wasnt a vertical as it could be in the description of the image, but as stated there, im proud of it nonetheless
As you should be! My first "tower" was this one too
Where{s sonic 3 and sonic and knuckles aka lock’on technology? where is game genie?
Ahh so lucky
