Persistent ADHD and SCT symptoms are highly associated with accidental injury. Has anyone here experienced this? When I was a teen, I impulsively climbed over a barb wire fence. I still have the scar and feel sometimes disfigured by it.

  • The amount of stupid shit I have gotten myself into because of either short term memory blind spots or sudden blanks when in action is too many to count on my fingers. Only one severe one but a lot of minor one's. Another thing that leads to them is my brain suddenly confusing left and right or something similar. This whole thing seems to be connected to my brain always being somewhat frantic and scattered. If I actually am mentally busy it makes things like this much more likely to happen, it generally all circles around to my brain's RAM constantly being almost maxed out even if nothing is really happening. A really dumb one actually happened tonight just because the heating in a car was too hot (for some reason car heating systems in particular when set to high wreck my brain), I was already mentally preoccupied and forgot something important. I was even thinking about it as I left but it fell into the short term memory hole.

  • I have a horrible history of accidents, injuries and fractures. Started when I was two years old. I had a fall from 5 m height and I have always felt (this was highly traumatic, too), that it did play a role in how things developed.
