• I did not have a choline deficiency but a lack of acetylcholine. Huperzine (supplement), Mestinon (medication), Ubretid (if availability is missing in the gut only), or Bacopa (Ayurvedic herbal) address this. With acetylcholine you have to be extremely careful. too much leads to excess saliva and can damage receptors. If you have confirmed choline deficiency: eggs, citicoline, alpha-GPC might help.

In nepal there is no concept of checking choline from bloodwork so

Supplements are expensive as hell because I had to purchase this from india

When did you check choline blood report?

I didn't. When you have acetylcholine issues (in my case originating from gut), you have floppy muscles and urine retention and increased inflammation etc. I was prescribed Distigmine. I also noticed on Huperzine, that I was able to focus better. However I see it as a mistake to take an AChE-inhibitor without medical supervision and "as a wild guess". I am surprised that ayurvedic consultation and medication is not affordable over there. I would have thought that is the best way forward when you live so close to the source.
