Self explanatory, i might download it today but i wanna be sure about everything and also how does adding games to citra actually work and can i emulate ds game like monster tale and the mario and luigi series on citra since citra seems to be primarily a 3DS emulator?

DS games won't work on citra. Otherwise, I would recommend you just try the emulator and get to know it by just looking at the options by yourself. Or watch a YouTube video.
Aight, do you know if monster tale has a 3DS version i can emulate on citra?
No, you'll have to Google if there is one. It's probably simpler to use a different emulator for DS like MelonDS

Right, my bad, i just dont use google for research much since its hard to find the right info nowadays
Why use Azahar plus just for the ability to use .eds files when you can just rename them to .cci and they work perfectly, even better you can compress to .zcci

Well first, it’s now been forked into Azahar which is maintained and way better. Second it’s a 3DS emulator lol

Github is the safest as that's the direct source from the devs. Just go to releases section.
