i believe these people are released INTENTIONALLY. same with the murderers, robbers, gang members, etc.
im certain alot of judges become such so they can release violent criminals to spread chaos into civil society, in order to feel as though they are getting 'reparations' for what the ancestors of the innocent victims have supposedly done. (since a lot of these victims of black criminals are usually white women and children.) some people want to watch the world burn, and feel content knowing they are the ones allowing it to happen.
I think the solution here might be to amend the New Jersey legal code to make it ironclad that anyone who sexually assualts a 12 year old must be made a sex offender, with no presumption of compulsion required.
The other solution, which might be a tad more drastic, would be to remove judicial appointments entirely because judges would be a lot more werry of slap on the wrist sentencing if a candidate running against them could frame it in an attack ad.
I understand that judges are supposed to be impartial, but if your judge is appointed by a partisan governor, they're going to be partisan anyway so why not let the public decide who's responsible for criminal sentencing.

Why not under 18 and anybody raped? Honestly, there should be no age where it is okay or has lesser consequences. The punishment should be similar for such an evil crime, regardless of the age.

I totally agree, and what I kinda sort of was saying. It's an evil crime and everyone should be charged for the same crime, Rape! It's the crime, period! Nobody gets treated differently.
