Wait. Don't tell me these things. I'm already thinking about what I'll do when I'm old and like, 'Oh, I can finally travel,' and now you've ruined everything for me. Thanks, eh. My brain is frozen.
Retirement is fairly modern concept, back in the days you had to keep working as long as you could to survive and then depend on care of your family, I'd be grateful to get some years for myself where I won't have to work and actually do something else.

That depends entirely on your situation. My dad is 61 and he's very sporty and energetic and enjoying life 😇
Most people are also just too greedy or too scared to retire earlier to enjoy more of their lives.
This isn't true for everybody. Retired in my 40s. Plenty of people in my career have.
Living the dream man. Congrats
Thank you. I absolutely penny-pinched while a lot of my buddies were out driving nice vehicles and blowing all their money.
How were you able to retire in your 40s?
I was the first responder. My job had a 20 year hazardous duty retirement.
My dad says he has less time since he retired, and there's no days off.

I'm doing what I want though... and the energy comes from my soulmate who does these things with me.
You clearly know nothing kid ;D
Im not retired and can already do this buddy
Very true. Some retired folks cannot even stand taking long flights anymore, it sucks.
The different time zones can drain you.
