• Israel is starving Gaza. ACT NOW.

The UN has declared that every part of Gaza is in famine conditions. While some aid is finally trickling in, the need is beyond urgent. Aid organizations will not be able to keep pace with Gaza's needs without our support.

Please donate if you’re able, and keep speaking up. Every dollar, share, and conversation matters. Please pressure your government to stop the blockade of humanitarian aid into Gaza.

Donate here to The Palestinian Red Crescent and UNICEF for Gaza's Children. Contact your representatives to stop the blockade in Gaza, find U.S. representatives here, and EU reps here. If you would like other subreddits to carry this message, please send the mods to r/RedditForHumanity.

  • please post this to the shia subreddit, people need to see the truth of Iran

Plenty if not most people know the positive aspects of Iran — which the attribute to “enlightened persian culture” and not islam

Watching the whole documentary goes to show that even despite the enemy imaginary state carrying out war crimes under a religion that doesn't represent the thoughts of all of its followers and also them objecting the crimes committed by said imaginary state, we never blindly caused any injustices towards them, and the fact that there is this strong historic relationship between them and us is honestly what makes me proud as an Iranian. 🫂

I'm also Lwk reposting this to r/shia cuz ppl def need to see the truth.

  • Got some unrelated question from the post but: - I heard that Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi was said to have been descended from Iranian Jews, albeit this claim does come from the anti-Iranian crowd, but did he say was it true? - Is the r/Iran subreddit okay to visit at now? I happened to notice you're a mod there, has it changed from its Zionist and anti-Iranian views?

I don’t know anything about Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi’s lineage. I don’t see why the anti-Iranian crowd would consider Jewish heritage to be a problem for an ayatollah. It’s not.

I became a moderator of r/iran since right around Israel’s attack. The sub has one other active mod, who is the top mod and the person who invited me. She’s stricter on anti-Iran content and hasbara than I am.

I can leave this cave now? Glad to see r/Iran is dezionified. I remember it was crawling with pro-zionist and pro-US propaganda.

The attempted genocide forced alot of people to see the truth about “Israel”.

In Judaism you are not Jewish just because of Jewish descent. I nonetheless don’t see how him being of Jewish descent means anything.

  • is there a document like this that talks about shias in Iran or shias in different provinces in Iran?

Given that Shias are the majority in most (if not all) provinces, I would be surprised.
