exactly, why da hell did reva or whatever her name blamed obi wan for not being able to do something about anakin or order 66 when he was riding a lizard in a planet that's 60,000~75,000 light years away from him with no convenient means of transport, i know that one of you would say that she didn't knew he was there, but he could have told here instead of saying i am sorry, last time obi wan talked to anakin he was pretty chill how could obi wan know that this shit would happen

Actually one day. The mustafar duel happened the day after Order 66 (or at least several hours after). Obi-wan literally left Anakin unsupervised for ONE day, and he ended up siding with space hitler.
In fact, I believe only 16 hours or so passed between Mace's hand getting cut off and Vader being BBQed on Mustafar (if you follow the timing - the Sidious vs. Windu duel happens at night one day, and Padme leaves to Mustafar during the next day when there's still daylight out on coruscant).
It's what happens when you leave Anakin unsupervised for more than a few hours.
