OP is not praising him for the camera work, but for standing his ground, which he thought was "brave". Lol until the ground he stands on collapses on him as well.
Thanks for being the one to say it 🤣 Then he started making that other sound, and I wondered if any of these people can do anything beyond making random sounds.
To become a camera Man you must enter the Zone!!!! The....... Twilight Zone. Where nothing seems real. Where nothing seems false. Where something in which something will become neither real nor false. For you have now entered........ The Twinight Zone. Sink into your seats and become one with the excitement. Be, what they call, a part of reality. Never fail to amaze your elders. Never fail to become what you've wanted to become.
ok... super interrsting but... am i the only one who started hearing "Oi oi" and just thought of the seagulls from wheres nimo? Idk they have the same energy if you ask me
Some people don't have survival instinct at all. This cameraman is the kind of person who just stands staring when a terrorist shoots in the crowd. "It can't happen to me."
I just saw a vid from the house on her left, probably second floor, until it collapsed where she is standing. Some more of this and AI could compile a 3D version of that incident.
The cameraman stood his ground while the ground collapsed, his tripod firmly grounded as debris hit the fairgrounds, sparks flying from grounded wires, coffee grounds spilling from a vendor’s cart, security trying to regain ground against the panicked groundlings, parents grounding children for running across restricted grounds, and engineers grounding their warnings in solid ground truth as the crew scrambled to find common ground on how to restore safe ground beneath their feet.
This is terrible camera work TBH. Literally a random person with a phone with no focus. Nothing to praise here.

Praise the cameraman? But this is dumb as shit.
Bangkok Sinkhole October 2025

It's well known that the cameraman never dies
I, a cameraman, would had walked closer.
Except in Cloverfield
And he's behind the tape. He's safe.
“Mine! Mine! Mine!”
That’s all I could hear, it must mean something like “nope”
Thanks for being the one to say it 🤣 Then he started making that other sound, and I wondered if any of these people can do anything beyond making random sounds.
He didn't "stand his ground" ... he backed up, as well (as he should have... likely faster than he did, but still... LOL).
This sub is going through its worse moments. Why would anyone think posting this here is good idea? Nothing to do with camera skills
He didn't though. He's also behind tape, indicating this was controlled.
Sink holes don't give a fuck about your tape.
They shoulda put some tape in front of that building before it was sucked into the Underworld.
Does Thailand have stand your ground laws?
They have no ground stand laws. It just sort of fell away.
Im surprised i didnt see a single drine footage up until now.
Hi
That poor motorcycle...
All I hear in the background is this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNiR5ZTb_MA

Ladies and gents, this is why we run piles 80-100 ft down on heavy foundations lol. Cause those bitches saved that building right there haha.
I could hear the seagulls from finding Nemo, but couldn't find any.
One fright in Bangkok.
Wieso geht keiner hin und schaut runter 😂😂 Sonst rennen alle Menschen hin und glotzen😂😂😂
Tutututututututut
Mother Nature doing her thing!

New fear unlocked. How does a city prevent or detect these types of things?
This is what Drones are for.

why is there always a woman SCREAMING their eyes out 3km away?
Has anyone been reported dead or missing from this sinkhole? I feel like it's been sucking in more land for days now.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Damnthatsinteresting/s/QrIvTXUzZD is this the same event?
Oh my God it's the locust it's Emergence Day!!!!!!
OP do you have misunderstanding on the word “stood his ground”??
Momentarily
I'm pretty sure the seagulls from finding nemo are there!

Stupid video and title. Keep it up.
Certainly not United States of Soviet America - USSA.

Edit: Another one from above
Heard that it happened in the city of Ching-Gow.

Gonna sound messed up, but I had this playing in the background, and I thought it was the seagulls from Finding Nemo
To be fair this is a daily occurrence in China I'm sure they are used to it by now
