I keep seeing a plethora of these ultraprogressive anarchists... and I don't know what to think of them. I actually have nothing against anarcho-syndicalism and consider it the most functional/thought-out form of anarchism (that I know of), even if I don't think anarchism, in any conception, will ever work. Then again, I've just never liked movements that set impossible goals, that's probably what it is tbh.
Democracy typically refers to a formalized institution or set of institutions using voting, elections, and majority opinion for decision making and granting of political power. If you opposed formalized institutions, such as the state, you oppose democracy.
Not exactly, once again democracy is rule of the majority, and even in a collectivized system, either consensus can be used or no “rule” exists depending on exactly what we’re referring to.
but socialism/communism is majority rule of the economy. what overcomplicated theory do you use to justify being against democracy while wanting the people to have power over capital? like how democracy is used for people to publicly own the government/state for the majority's wishes over individual liberty, which is just communism not pushed to it logical conclusion.
Except communists are not for “the people” we first and foremost believe in only the revolutionary potential of the proletariat, and while the notion of the economy still exists the only class who should even be in control of it under the DotP are the proletariat, not some abstract “people” or the whole “demos.”
All the time? Marx himself made an incredibly clear distinction! It was not until the later days of the SPD, Lenin’s Worker-Peasant Alliance, and Mao that the term of “the people” had political usage for the communists.
Marx himself heavily criticized Lassale for using language such as the people, the Volkstaat hides the true class nature of the state.
“Left-wing economics” is sort of a nothing burger, there’s so many things one could mean by that, from simple social democracy to the communist abolition of economy itself
another liberal anarchist
what...
"Liberal Anarchist" has as much sense as a Laissez-Faire Regulationist.
yeah it's because it's a pejorative
THIS
vro thinks he's on the team đź’”
retarded leftoid and retarded hoppean anarchism comes together once more...
Liberal anarchist is an oxymoron, anarchists are de facto extreme liberals. Anarcho-capitalism just comes to be the logical outcome of anarchism
it's not an oxymoron then LOL you mean tautological
Based jingle bell

Anarchists have always been a majority progressive lol wdym
Why anti-democracy?
It’s a Majoritarian system where it’s the rule of the majority and their needs are met not the people where everyone’s needs are met
Isn’t council democracy still democracy?
That’s the ball that represents Worker’s Councils
Isn’t that still democratic?
Cool trend.
I'm more Post-Left-ish and I dont agree with the Existential Nihilism, Atheism or whatever that Satanist Ball is, other than that, based.
Satirical Satanism. Basically what the TST is
There's room for improvement but this isn't too bad
Where can I find the polcompball images?
Polcompball Wiki, Polcompball Anarchy Wiki, Philosophyball
Ok thanks
Far left anarchism is not for me.
Fr, on this sub i only see ultraprogressive anarcho-communist twinks
And far right incels sometimes
Yeah that too, but you rarely see them because they're always downvoted. can't we have someone normal for once?
Yeah
Oh also they downvoted me XD
how are you anti-democratic yet communist?
How are you communist yet democratic?
Because communism transcends democracy

left-wing economics relys on democratic ownership over resources, i think they're an oxymoron.

literally when? wasn't "the people" and "the proletariat" used interchangeably?
