You’ve got pretty great mapping skills! Only thing I’d say is to either add some more stuff to it or shrink it down a little. It looks like there’ll be a fair bit of walking between houses, so lowering the distance between each place could make the town feel more quaint, if that’s the vibe you’re going for. A good rule of thumb is that there should always be something interesting or important in the player’s field of view at any given time. Also, kind of a nitpick, but maybe make the three raised areas at the top into one? It’d look a little more natural, and if you wanted to, you could still separate each house with trees. But what you’ve got already is pretty great, and I can’t wait to see how your game turns out!
Thank you!
I appreciate the suggestions, and yeah, I'll join the raised areas together and separate with trees, that does seem to make a lot more sense.
Looks really great and what the other guy said about shrinking it down or adding more I agree with 100%. What else I’d change is for the cliffs make sure you fully complete them and then add your trees. It looks weird when they’re half completed and a tree on an individual level is simultaneously on both height levels
Haha that's completely fine, I just realized that the title and the description makes it seem like I'm asking for the name of the town. Thanks for the names though!

Thank you! I'll change that
really cool! can I know what tileset you used for the houses and characters?
Thank you! I use the Pokemon Littleroot Researchers Resource Pack for the tilesets only and the Overworld Pack (Gen 5 characters in Gen 4 style) for the characters.
Mauville Gardens
Silverleaf Cove
Crystalmere Thickett
Dreamwater Meadows
I tried to keep it core to pokemon cities but not knowing a lot of the region or lore was kinda a challenge lol
Ps just realized you was asking for help with the layout of the map not for names (i just blew in from stupid town apparently)
Haha that's completely fine, I just realized that the title and the description makes it seem like I'm asking for the name of the town. Thanks for the names though!
