I've said for years that the best pizza is pepperoni, roasted pineapple, and jalapeno. Either add toum to the crust, or roasted garlic to the pie. Bacon is a good addition too.
Roasted pineapple so that it's not too wet, which is the biggest problem with adding raw fruits & veggies to pizzas.
