My best pizza yet! Same day dough to celebrate last school day of 2025. Ended up being my best ever pizza. Getting the hang of throwing the dough also!
Yah for sure, 225ml room temp water, 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast, stir a little, 350g any flour, 9g salt, 8g sugar. 1 hour bulk ferment, divide in 2 for two 12” roughly. then 3-4 hours covered on the counter in greased bowl (olive oil). don’t forget stretch and folds of course before dividing. Then on top is blitz tomato sauce, salt sprinkled and oregano and grana padano then i use gouda, i like to cut thin slices for even coverage. cook for 7 min at 275°C then cool on a rack and put more oregano grana padano and a drizzle of olive oil then take pictures then eat!
Yep regular oven. Old one at that. Don’t use a pizza steel or stone either, just that baking pan that every oven has. launch the pizza with my wooden cutting board and use the rack every oven has to cool! :D
