Not saying this is the case here but sites DO get compromised and fmhy isn’t going to automatically know that a site was compromised and remove the site.
It's CloudFlare being fucky. This has been explained here numerous times now... Use the alternate domain for the time being while they fix shit.

You don't, they do. Check what IP you get from DNS when browsing 1337x

if none of those work I'm inclined to tell you it's on your end and maybe you need to clear your cache for these sites and try again.

A temporary fix is putting /home/ in front of the domain
1337x has been known to host malware if you aren't already aware. Not saying don't ever use it, but be careful
