Totoo naman na kurakot ang mga pulitiko natin and most of the government has to go.
P.S. this comment was found on SkyscraperCity, a website known for having a pro-Duterte slant especially in its infrastructure and politics forums, so take that if you will.

There’s a single thread common to all of them: a desire for easy, single-shot solutions that somehow needs a virtuous leader to implement it.
Probably OOP wants a "revgov"/military junta with noocratic/classist/elitist characteristics.
And the "virtuous" word is whatever they think it should mean by their own standards and definitions.
Basically sinasabi nila Philippines is doomed unless we do it exactly how I want it. No room for dissenting opinion. Thats why doomerism and authoritarianism goes hand in hand. Note that this sentiment cuts across political colors. Kahit mga elitist kakampinks guilty of the same behavior.
And inb4 anyone accused me of being a DDS shit. No, im not and I voted for her nun 2016 and 2022 and did house to house among thousands of volunteers.
I wonder if that explains why I have actually seen some Pink-leaning people on r/Ph advocate for violence, or support us doing a Nepal.
Nah I dont think so. Yung protest na Nepal like action, I saw more support from anarchists and far left. Most elitist kakampinks are actually conservative by the traditional left right scale, so they wont advocate violence against the ruling elite. You can see that during the Sept 21 rallies. Most of them are in EDSA not in Mendiola na investigations and exposes ang topic. Mendiola is more "eat the corrupt" vibe.
The influences of Get Real Philippines, CoRRECT Movement, PinoyMonkeyPride, pro-CCP wumaos, vatniks, and Western far-rightists online has led to putting fringe anti-democratic, pro-noocratic, pro-dictatorial, accelerationist, and elitist views into the mainstream. This happened during the 2010s with Baron Buchokoy's propaganda videos spread online. The Duterte-Marcos-Arroyo psyops were strengthened to promote their ideas and attack people who oppose them.
Plus, Cambridge Analytica.
And SSC is not only pro-Duterte, but pro-Arroyo as well.
Yeah, ang laki ng inpluwensya ng GRP sa doomerisn. Bago sila sumikat, hindi ganito kalala ang doomerism
Yeah, doomerism has become so apparent that the cults like GRP, etc. made people fall into despair.
Why are we failing as a democracy? There is no true opposition. Lahat or majority of the congressman ay lilipat sa current administration for budget, and political survival.
Our current form of government is being abuse. If the congress or senate has true opposition with significant numbers mga 40% ay may boses sila na labanan or mag expose ng korapsyon. Pwede rin nila kontrahin ang budget na din dumaan sa processo.
Sa ngayon its kinda disturbing na sobrang tahimik ng mga majority congressman laban sa korapsyon.
Yeah, let's not fall into despair
Edit: removing her name.
Bro I'm sorry but you've been interjecting Emman's passing to almost all replies kahit hindi naman sya relevant to the discussion. Is this satirical??
I'm so sorry, I'll try not to mention her again. I just let the Atienza fam grieve in peace.
"time to abolish congress" dafuqq haha
they should read a history book lol
Let's say if congress was abolished, what's the next step?
There is no next step. It's like how those people in r/Ph who want both BBM and Sara out at the same time through resignation, but have no consensus on what happens after that. Or really, most revolutions.
