Additional info:
This scene is loosely based on the old avenue, in an area once dominated by factories and warehouses.
Originally, the area consisted of vast vacant green fields. During the 1960s, these fields were gradually converted into an industrial zone filled with factories and warehouses.
While some of these structures still remain today, their numbers are now limited.
The oldest surviving buildings in the area are a chocolate factory and a pharmaceutical factory with its adjacent warehouse.
Most of the other factories and warehouses were either abandoned over time or demolished to make way for modern developments....particularly condominiums, malls, and other commercial establishments.
Before the MRT station was constructed, the area frequently became a major traffic chokepoint. The introduction of the Metro line did bring noticeable improvements, but congestion never fully disappeared.
Today, during rush hours, the entire area often comes to a complete standstill.
Closest to reality is here in Mandaluyong City like along EDSA nandyan na ang Ortigas Center dito sa Mandaluyong then konting lakad Ortigas Center in Quezon City na. Also, Greenfield District here in Mandaluyong and Pioneer street dito sa Mandaluyong. It is like going from Boni Avenue to Shaw Boulevard here in Mandaluyong.

Every time I see these posts I spend minutes just staring at every little detail
Ok i've been this post and other similar post (probably from same OP). Is that generated from City Skylines itself?
If this is indeed generated in-game, how and where did you get those signages and even buses, trucks etc for Metro Manila? I can definitely see some Victory LIner buses in the image.
What you see is mostly Mods and custom assets.
And I'm asking where he got them? Would love to try them out.
