Tolerance break what worked for you and recommendations besides cbd, I can take a .25 dab and ten minutes later want another, Only get a small buzz for 20 minutes or so. What helped the most and how long should I abstain?
CBD just helps you not to feel as shitty for those first days you’re sober. The only way to fix your tolerance is to not smoke for extended periods, and if you’re smoking as much wax as you are, you’re in for a rough time, brother. I had THC withdrawal for a couple weeks from my dab usage (4grams of wax for $15, love you Oklahoma) so I could basically smoke as much as I wanted at all times for very cheap. I lost 20lbs in two weeks because I couldn’t fucking eat barely shit. It’s all balancing out now (smoked again for a couple weeks, it got out of hand again, so now 6 days sober). Exercise, stay busy, hobbies, melatonin, magnesium, Zzquil or NyQuil to help sleep for those first few days. Eating is fucked but that will balance out in time. Good luck dude
Long breaks are overrated IMO and basically useless long term unless usage habits are changed. Just take smaller dabs and wait longer between them. Fix your tolerance, don’t reset it. Works for me
edit: Downvote me all you want. Objectively, a .2g dab is not going to raise your tolerance as much as a 0.25g dab. Dabs destroy tolerance. Moderation is key. I thought that was the whole point of this sub lol.
Long breaks are the only way you really have the time to get weed out of your system and let your brain relearn how to live life without that. If you're just trying to get higher on less, then yeah long term breaks aren't for that.
If you want to give your body and brain a break and time away? Then you have to go atleast a few months to achieve that. I've known heavy guys that still tested positive for weed 90 days after last smoking.
That’s true, but it sounds like OP just wants to fix their tolerance, not quit. OP mentioned not getting very high after their first dab. Certainly, part of the reason is the fact that they are starting with a 0.25g dab. That’s how you fry your receptors. None of what I said is false
No, not false. Idk why the downvotes, but sometimes even a few weeks off heavy smoking can have little tolerance affect. Like wait 3 weeks, go smoke, find yourself not as high as you'd thought .. I'd say then its time to go like 2-3 months and see then. Also its tough to manage tolerance at super low doses. I was doing like 1-3 hits a day and it was more of a nuisance cause it felt like I waited all day for this relief, that just wasn't there.
