There is a dish called "shrimp fried rice", as in fried rice with shrimp in it. There is a meme of various characters misunderstanding the name of the dish and asking "are you telling me a shrimp fried this rice?". OOP's image is a variation of that meme with an actual shrimp shown frying rice.
I guess I totally misunderstood. I figured a shrimp had crawled up near the heat and food smell to get some, and got close enough to realize that it was cooked shrimp. So it sighed and went, "UnFUCKingbelievable."
