hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. The more hydrated you are, the weaker the flavor will be. Do not drink your first piss of the day, that is the strongest. If you are having issues with the taste, mix it into a drink. If you are having issues with the idea of drinking pee, start with just a few drops in a drink, that way you know you are drinking pee, but very little, then build up.
If you drink until you pee clear it won't have much flavor. It may have a slightly nutty flavor is the best I can describe it. If you put lemon in your water it will take on the lemon flavor.
It…. It tastes like piss. Mixing it into drinks is great, using it as an ingredient in certain recipes is great. Making gummies is great. All I can say is experiment and find what you like.
I can't speak for anyone else, but for me, I started just peeing on myself in the shower (having a penis helps here). Once I got used to that, I took it further by lying down in the tub and peeing on myself after holding it for a while (lots of water, dont want to start with the strong stuff). Eventually, I had a couple particularly strong streams hit my neck or face, at that point I was lost in the moment and just tilted my head down and opened up.
I second all of this. Especially the hydrate part. Drink like 30 oz of water in 30 minutes. Then another 15 to 30 oz over the next 30 minutes. The first pee during this process might still be a bit stronger. The second pee should be good for experimenting with.
Myself, I'm not so much a straight pee drinker (unless it's from my partners tap during play) but I do like to mix it in with other liquids.
I don't necessarily have a favorite. It depends on the recipe and how I think a splash of piss will work best. Sometimes it's in with the marinade. Sometimes it's a little bit in the pan while the food is simmering. Stuff like that. I wouldn't put an entire bladders worth in a recipe unless the recipe needs a lot of liquid like soup maybe. Otherwise be a bit more judicial about it
Try getting really well hydrated over the course of a few hours, and then drink a diet soda. Your body can’t process the artificial sugar and it will come out in your urine. That can make the taste more approachable while you get used to it.
Try adding some to your drink. Mixing with ginger beer means you can’t taste your pee and no one would know your drinking a mix of your own pee. Try mixing with tea, coffee, hot chocolate or coke. My wife asked me yesterday if I was drinking coke as the colour didn’t look right, she doesn’t know what I add to some of my drinks! Breakfast is interesting as I make porridge in the morning and mine has an extra ingredient but she hasn’t spotted any difference between mine and hers:)

And my coffee with added pee tastes good this afternoon as I was able to add a squirt directly in my cup. :)
