Have u checked gamma settings in game? But also could just be driver issue, the game runs on the ancient Unreal engine 3 for god's sake
Do you have auto HDR on in your PC settings? Whenever I opened Spirit City Lofi, it would come up ghastly bright, until I excluded it from auto HDR.
Maybe mistakenly you played around the color settings. Just reset settings and it should be fixed.
