With the opening of Line 6 Finch West LRT in Toronto (not to mentioning the soon* to open line 5) the in game map of the Toronto transit system is no longer an accurate potential future system in the Overwatch universe. Unless there is some lore based reason that the Canadian government would remove the Line 6 and replace it with the pink and blue lines in the Overwatch version, but this would be very expensive and redundant and they create very indirect connections to Line 1 which is currently the backbone of the system.
Maybe Null sector destroyed Line 6 at some point??

Read the Sojourn novel. Huge parts of Toronto are basically destroyed during the Omnic Crisis. There’s no reason the rebuilt version may not be different.

Don’t forget that Overwatch is set in the 2070’s (or thereabouts). So you’re not accounting for the tragic rail collapse of 2043 that took Line 6 out of operations and killed millions.

Large parts of Toronto are destroyed and rebuilt, that is why we have Union Station on New Queen Street. The CN Tower also looks like it was rebuilt, it should be more south of City Hall.
One thing that has always bothered me is the tree's have fall colors but there is also snow on the ground. Either those tree's are fake hardlight future tree's of they should have already lost their leaves.
I guess I got so focused on the map that it didn't occur to me that Union was on the wrong street. I will have to look more closely at these details
With how things are going in Canada, I wouldn’t be surprised if line 6 shut down tomorrow because a high raccoon got fried on the tracks
