Not tryna be schizo but you can see it in their line dances, Cass is calm cool and has a flow to it while Ashe's she's more or less tryna out do Cass but has awkward pauses as if she's waiting for you to tell her she did a good job. She wants to dance with Cass but there's too much bravado for them to sync together at least imo. Cass is gonna have to be the one to come to her and he might even have to fight tooth and nail, but there's love in there.

Ashe is a villain? I mean to Cassidy yes, but not a direct threat to Overwatch she’s only willing to fight if Cassidy gets in her way. She’s giving Widowmaker a gift probably because they are both long range shooters and have dialog together and she’s giving Cassidy a gift because that’s the Deadlock symbol on her bag and the two used to be close. Deadlock is not at all affiliated with Talon at all that’s her own thing where she’s her own boss.
Probably villain in the sense that she's a wanted criminal and her gang goes around causing problems, similar to Hazard and and his group, Phreak.

Ashe isn’t really a villain, she’s more of an antihero. Not out to do good, but she’s definitely not evil. She potentially collaborates with villains like Talon, but she’s not going to ever join them, just as she won’t join Overwatch. She only cares about the interests of herself and her gang

Enslaving your own people to “save” them later is villainous. Sowing conflict across the globe resulting in countless deaths and destruction is villainous. Waging endless war on humanity to eradicate them entirely is villainous. Train robbing to steal from the rich and powerful (i.e. the American government) is not villainous, especially when it’s not even something Overwatch is actively working against.
Hazard is a gang leader, so is he a villain? Genji and Hanzo come from a notorious crime family, are they villains? In Red Dead Redemption 2, Arthur Morgan is the second-in-command of an outlaw gang very similar to Ashe’s- is he a villain?

Ashe could go either way but imo it probably depends on which side Cass is. With their beef I can see her joining Talon just cause he's Overwatch and vice versa. At the end of the day she's more loyal to the Deadlock gang (idk if she's the leader but if you asked her I bet she'd say yes) so if we got more Deadlocks and they're choosing to back up Talon, she'd do the same.
