Reaper is a confirmed edgy tryhard, he has quite gooberish interactions as well, not to mention moments of vulnerability in certain interactions like with Sojourn
Widow however is cold to the core, no emotions stopping her, almost all her interactions with people are either hostile or mocking, but she isn't nearly tryhardy like Reaper is, she's just cold

He has some silly interactions, and i think on the whole Widow is presented as far more serious.
D.Va does sort of work in that spot, but I'd probably put her position in that empty middle spot that's below Sombra and above Reinhardt. It's mostly because of her overall character, and I'd say she's a little more mature in OW2, like with her interaction with Sojourn, even though she didn't read the mission brief. It's like a balance.
I'm guessing you're going by her voice lines, where she's trying to put up a show. The original OW1 story page for her says "Recently, she has begun to stream combat operations to her adoring fans, and her growing following has turned her into a global icon", and that's likely why she has those type of voice lines in the game.
She's still competitive with her voice lines in-game, and her lore involves defending her home country.
Unless I'm not misunderstanding, you're saying she beats Junkrat in goober status, as the chart has her a little higher up than Junkrat. I'd say he's way more of a goober than her, as that's his actual character. Junkrat interactions with the heroes is on a whole different level than her.
Vendetta should be lower on goober/Stern matrix, all the vls I've heard so far paint her as kind of a hard ass. She doesn't joke, she doesn't smile, and no personal sprays (in general let alone ones that match her personality) that could even hint at a sense of humor.
I can get behind seeing Serious vs Not Serious meaning how serious each character takes themselves (other than Ana, she’s misplaced). But is Goober vs Stern how serious other characters view them?
Roadhog should be over with Soldier and Reaper. Yeah he's a raider and thrives on chaos but he barely speaks and doesnt like communicating with anyone, even Junkrat, who he seems to treat like a useful idiot. Most of his interactions with the cast are negative or very curt, not relaxed. Zarya is pretty serious too - she constantly talks about putting in the work and is very focused on her mission.

Torb placement doesn’t make sense. He is the reason the Omnics didn’t wipe out civilization, yet he has learned to not hate them because of Bastion. He has the single most character growth of all the heroes.
