If it's just the pre-rendered backgrounds, you're gonna be missing a lot of stuff, like water, lighting, fire, and basically everything in that ocean picture except the beige ground and gray sky.
What might be better, if it hasn't been done already, is if someone made a PC mod with a keyboard toggle to make the player and enemy character models invisible. Then we could just screenshot the environments
