I have a grey striped cat named Schrödinger. I have a very large orange cat named Casanova. He tries to be close to her. She knows he is just trying to share her brain cells...so she won't let him get too close but he keeps trying...
I'm thinking .5. I think the yelling kitty in front has one but the 2nd one ls a -.5, it's like you can just seem him depleting the braincell in real time.
They're all very cute though. The fifth one all that way in the back looks like an innocent little fluffernutter I just want to squish him.
Well, orange cats have a 25% chance of being female and there are 5 in the picture, so there’s hope.
Also, I’ve ended up with three litters of kittens from Trojan cats with 5 kittens, 3 kittens, and 3 kittens and I have never gotten dupes in the same litter.
I’m convinced that my cat has never had a single thought in his life, especially when he ran into the mirror in my parents room once, not realizing that the other cat he saw was just his reflection. 😹 I am still laughing about after all these years, as Lou was fine and so was the mirror.
For him, it means attempting to climb the curtains, pooping on the couch, trying to jump off the couch, trying to fall down the stairs, or if he’s in his enclosure, it means knocking everything over, burying his thermometer, and throwing a tantrum when he gets his daily greens and there are no worms.
there's a 1 in [current number of living oranges] chance that when you observe the inner cranium of an orange the cell will be in that specific orange at any given time, but until such time as it is is observed it is both in all of them and in none simultaneously.
E: experts believe it may be the observation that causes the cell the be in that orange (as opposed to in all and none at the same time)
But if you look at one and the braincell isn’t there, you still have to observe the rest until you find it. Once you observe it the waveform braincell has collapsed and all is known (and entangled).
there's only one total for all oranges and from the looks on those faces, there's only one that could possibly have it at this moment but the more I think about it, the more I lose faith in him so on average I'll say 0.25 but bet on 0
How many brain cells isn't the question, the correct question is when is it their turn to possess the only singular orange brain cell in existence 🤔 😹. Truthfully the only thing that really matters is how much love these furballs possess. 💕Unlimited💕
In my 69 years, I’ve owned and known many orange cats. They have been by far the cleverest, most unique and strong personalities of felines. I’m not sure where this one brain cell thing comes from but it’s definitely not been my experience.
One, being shared like a resonance structure (chemical bond). The brain cell is moving so fast that all the kittens at the same time have the braincell, and yet don't. They share it simultaneously.
If they are littermates, they will have but one brain cell between them. Unless you have the rare female orange. Females get their own brain cells independently of the males, or any other female littermates. Alas, the girls will only have 2, maybe 3 brain cells!🤣👍🏻🐈
You’d think the answer is 5 tiny brain cells. But no. There are in fact no brain cells in this picture. That many oranges in range of each other negate the brain cells all together
"We are Orange. Open your doors and surrender your house. We will add your biological and heating distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile."
My orange passed away some months ago, seeing these orange babies shows me i definitely would want a orange one again, but mine taught himself to jump door handles and even tried opening cabinet keys. I hope the brain cell is returned to one of these babies in need.
None, all orange cats share a similar collective braincell and kittens never get it since they might lose it. They won't be put on the list for a turn until they're older.
Maybe one. But probably not
Schrodinger's braincell
[removed]
all orange cats have both one and zero braincells, and neither are proven until it does something dumb
I have a grey striped cat named Schrödinger. I have a very large orange cat named Casanova. He tries to be close to her. She knows he is just trying to share her brain cells...so she won't let him get too close but he keeps trying...
That's the best description of orange cat mentality I've ever heard.
Extra points for this answer! 🎉
One brain cell to rule them all
Well, I dare say the braincell probability function is equal to zero everywhere in this picture...
This made my day.
You’re so optimistic. I envy that about you, stripes.
I was going to say less than one.
Looks like they all passed it to the leader but it didnt fully download yet.
They’re beautiful and benevolent!
If it's there, it belongs to the goldfish...
Edit: thats probably a terrarium and not a fish tank like I first thought... but thats where the brain cell is if it's in the room at all.
And the gold fish was probably the one that got them posed so cute for the photo.
😂😂😂
lol
Either the plant or the lamp
I'm thinking .5. I think the yelling kitty in front has one but the 2nd one ls a -.5, it's like you can just seem him depleting the braincell in real time.

I was going to say 5 too! Sweeties!
That was 0.5
I think they pass the braincell to each other like in basketball.
I agree. 1 orange cat = 1 brain cells, orange cat collective = 1 shared brain cells. I don't make the rules
Macbeth you mean
There's two, but they're both fighting for 3rd place.
Well, orange cats have a 25% chance of being female and there are 5 in the picture, so there’s hope.
Also, I’ve ended up with three litters of kittens from Trojan cats with 5 kittens, 3 kittens, and 3 kittens and I have never gotten dupes in the same litter.
One, but it's to share
No matter how many orange kitties are present, only one brain cell can work at a time.
Came for this and it’s where it should be!
They share one
https://preview.redd.it/vt4qzzjaco6g1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=85a22280dab670daa11999c4c928cb66781d3361
This one right here is already done with our bs 🙄😹
All five brain cells from the litter are just in that one cat
The "one orange braincell" theory describes how one singular cell is shared communally among all oranges. No two can have it simultaneously.
Some orange cats go through their whole life without having a single thought.
I’m convinced that my cat has never had a single thought in his life, especially when he ran into the mirror in my parents room once, not realizing that the other cat he saw was just his reflection. 😹 I am still laughing about after all these years, as Lou was fine and so was the mirror.
I’m fairly certain my orange cat has all the brain cells and it’s way more than one
Glad I’m not the only one who came to this conclusion.
😹😹
Five times zero is still zero, my friend.
He definitely knows something but won’t tell us
What's in the terrarium? It might have countable braincells 🤔
My thoughts exactly, the mango brigade certainly doesn't
Mango Brigade
Hahahahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sweet and squeaky mangos, as mangos should be
That needs to be the sub for groups of oranges!
Manga brigade , new favorite word 🤣🤣🤣
And now Manga Brigade has entered my lexicon.
Ah nooooo 🤣🤣
Looks like a bearded dragon setup to me, and beardies are pretty clever. Also surprisingly soft and cuddly, like funny little lizard-puppies.
Mine uses his one brain cell for constant lizard chaos
What does lizard chaos mean?
For him, it means attempting to climb the curtains, pooping on the couch, trying to jump off the couch, trying to fall down the stairs, or if he’s in his enclosure, it means knocking everything over, burying his thermometer, and throwing a tantrum when he gets his daily greens and there are no worms.
What does throwing a tantrum consist of?
I'm praying it's not, but it also doesn't actually look suitable for anything, so whatever's in it is possibly being neglected regardless.
That was my thought as soon as I saw it. Looks to be a 10 gallon, one red bulb, no basking spot, no UV.
That's what I was gonna say. There's probably at least one braincell, but it's in the terrarium!
It it’s a leopard gecko probably not. You can see through their ears nothing inside that head
If it’s an iguana, the count just went way up. Those things stare into your soul.
😹😹😹
I thought a cat would be chasing that
Zero
The only correct answer
I’d prefer epsilon — not zero, but may as well be
How dare you remind me of limits.
I'm amused.
An infinite number of mathematicians enter a bar.
The first one orders a beer. The next one orders half of a beer. The third one orders a quarter of a beer, and so on...
The bartender pours two beers and says, "You guys really ought to know your limits..."
You’ve never been triggered by IEEE755 floating point mischief, have you? ;-)
Just the one. Orange braincell theory is similar to the Single Electron Theory
Ball lightning but a brain cell
There is only 1 orange braincell in existence. All orange cats are in constant battle to procure the use of it.

This one is staring into my soul, and he’s trying to steal a brain cell from me 😳
this one doesnt even know it exists
1 divided in fifths
But!! They’re not fully grown so let’s divide it into 10ths 😛
I’m fairly certain the calculations still add up to zero. xD
The answer is orange.
At the most: One
At the least: -♾️

My two arrange menaces.
The one on the right looks disgruntled.
Adorable!!! Those snacks are 🔥 😹
I can't tell about brain cells but I can tell you there are five big orange hearts !!!
2….and they’re both fighting for third place
5 x 0 =….still zero 😂
They’re all really cute, though!
Depends. Whose turn is it with the brain cell?

And how many do you think in this one?
Multiple brain cells detected in the back left corner at nine o’clock 🕘
There sure are!
-4 but no one is cares because they are so cuuuuute!

5 x 0 = 0
5 and they’re all fighting for 6th place!

.2 braincell per cat

One.
Don't forget, there is only one braincell for all orange cats in existence. Not that they each have a cell.
Who cares! :)
682 of us care, Robin.
I meant that I didn’t care because they are gorgeous..my bad

There’s a singularity we can’t see in the middle hosting the cell they share.
1 maybe…. For the whole group shared.. they are sooooo cute.
Oh, wow 🤩
It’s one collective hive mind cell
Six. But five are in the lizard.
2 and a half. And one belongs to whatever is in the tank
“What are brain cells?”

The one on the back right had it, but it's gone now.
Anywhere between 0 and 1
The correct answer? Pizza.

Nothin going on behind those eyes
Exactly what he wants you to think.
All orange cats take turns using their shared brain cell. Its almost never in the room with you lol
One, being shared like a resonance structure (chemical bond). The brain cell is moving so fast that all the kittens at the same time have the braincell, and yet don't. They share it simultaneously.
Schroedinger's Cat's Braincell
It both exists and doesn't exist simultaneously until you pay attention to the cat.
If they are littermates, they will have but one brain cell between them. Unless you have the rare female orange. Females get their own brain cells independently of the males, or any other female littermates. Alas, the girls will only have 2, maybe 3 brain cells!🤣👍🏻🐈

Negative Zero
How do u sleep knowing all this cuteness in your house
350,000,003
The back right one is a mastermind with 300 million.
The other four have 3 brain cells between them.
If that is a plant in the background, maybe some kind of brainish cell.
0.75 average, down from .76
Depends. At any instant it could be 1 or 0. Orange braincell wave theory is beyond my education and understanding though.
None of them have it at the moment 😻
There js no brain cell. Only Zuul.
-1
But all utterly adorable.
Millions - I see that terrarium in the back.
Just one, the guy in front is using it on behalf of the group
None, its not their turn with it.
Negative fifteen.
They're all on a network, sharing three.
Yet they carry all the wisdom of the universe in their tiny, confused mews.

We can rule that this one definitly doesn't have it.
Clearly they’re all sharing one braincell and taking turns using it 😭🧠✨
None, all orange cats share a similar collective braincell and kittens never get it since they might lose it. They won't be put on the list for a turn until they're older.
I count zero exactly 🤣
None.
At least 3. Some parts are shared.
Unfortunately zero because my cat happened to be very smart this morning and is using it. I’m sure she’ll return it shortly though
Trick question. There are none
Correct answer is one collective braincells.
1 but the lights are still off upstairs.
-5
They’re actually in braincell debt
Zero. They none are currently using their turn with the global one orange braincell
-50 but they’re a cute -50.
Are there any ladies? I say each female Ginger gives you +1 brain cell and every male Ginger gives you -2. It’s a toss up.

How many of their 45 lives have they collectively used up so far though?
One, currently being used by the one in the foreground. Everyone knows that, while the host naps, the braincell migrates to another of the siblings.
