My ole girl is actually an English Bulldog which are wonderful family pets. Despite all the bad press, I’ve heard pit bulls are too - if raised in the right way, although I know there have been several awful incidents when not.
That’s the reason that unfortunately the breed is totally banned in my home of New Zealand. I don’t know enough to agree or disagree with the government’s decision, but that’s what I have to live by.
