Does anyone here usually sit cross-legged for work? If so, is there a particular chair you recommend, or some alternative to a chair, such as a small bench?
My old chair broke down from age, and I had to switch to one that makes me put my feet on the floor. Ever since switching, my knees have formed a mechanical problem. I think I need to go back to sitting how I used to.
There’s many people who sit cross legged in office chairs. We suggest upholstered rather than mesh. Look at Leap, Amia, Ignition, Convergence, and many more.
There’s also a subset of people who “floor sit” with a floor desk. Some on bare floor, cushion, or rug.
Try Emma Mason. I got a roomy chair on there without any arms. I just checked, and I could cross my legs on it if I wanted to. Maybe that would work for you.
