I've tried some chairs and not a single one of them seems to be straight. Seem like they are designed to be like 105 (/) degree instead of 90 (|). I've completely disabled the relax system and still feels bad. Are they really designed to be like this?

Finally, an ergonomic infographic that is useful. I don't know why people still believe a 90° upright angle is the best way to sit.
Both of my Steelcase chairs (Leap v2 and Gesture) do this. There’s just enough play in the mechanism that the back won’t stay in the fully upright position.
I got an Anthros because you can adjust the back and lumbar independently, so you can fine-tune it for upper back support that doesn’t lean back.
The Aeron has a forward tilt function which really just puts the back at 90 degrees and tilts the seat pan forward a little, it's a nice feature.
