Hello from the UK!

(Would Prefer Help/Answers From People In The UK or have ordered from the UK Website As They Would Roughly Have The Same Shipping But All Help Is Welcome)

I ordered the Hbada E3 Air as a christmas gift around 3 and a half to 4 weeks ago now, And still don’t have a chair with me 2 days before christmas… The customer service has been appalling by not addressing the issues i had raised and giving no real help on what is happening with my order and why i haven’t received it when i ordered so long ago! Genuinely so disappointed and frustrated that my package won’t come before christmas day as it was ordered nearly a month ago and their website says something about 2 working days after dispatch. Now that’s either a lie or i’ve just had terrible luck, However seeing multiple reviews having the same issues is riddling me with anxiety. At this point will i even receive my package ??

    We’ve already checked our records on the UK website, and at the moment we don’t see any E3 Air orders that are still marked as unshipped. That’s why we’d like to look into your specific order in more detail, as it’s clear something doesn’t quite add up here.
