RPM Living has proposed a plan to build a seven-story, mixed-use development with a total of 865 beds that would require demolition of the Ohio Stater building near campus.
They just put a stupid amount of time into renovating that I thought As long as they don’t make more $1000 per person “luxury” monstrosities, it’ll be a win
Not the worst thing in the world to put there -- pulls all the people who would pay that out of the cheaper apartments and house in the area to free them up.
Shame about that nice building from 1915. And the whole thing looks like it would kinda be an eyesore compared to the rest of high street
