I once saw a delivery of 16 cases of Singha on the back of a bike in BKK. NGL impressive. NGL I may have contributed to the need for rapid restock.
What's bugging me is where is this? Traffic signals and directional signs look North American, but the number of bikes and the concrete road / sewer grate look SE Asian. But direction of traffic is "Right" sided so maybe not? The foliage on the right hand side of the photo implies SE Asia/Mexico? The lack of a stop line and the "dot" style of lane markers imply not North America again.
Do the bikes give any clues? The orange DDFood (DoorDash?) bag may be a good hint, and the green jacket on the tree bike is the Grab color - but the clanker says:
DoorDash and Grab do not operate in any countries together under their primary brand names.
Grab is the dominant "super-app" focused on Southeast Asia, operating in Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
DoorDash primarily operates in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. It also has a presence in over 40 other countries, mostly in Europe and Japan, through its subsidiaries Wolt and Deliveroo.
Their market areas are geographically separate, with no overlap
ahh ok! we do have natural pine here shipped from countries nearby that grow them in their enclosed grow warehouse. i’ve seen a few on some delivery bikes haha
Fun fact, tree farmers up here make a significant portion of their revenue from international sales. Rich folks in China will spend over $3k + shipping on a single christmas tree.
Delivery only cost Tree fiddy
much larger then the one hanging from my rear-view mirror
Right. How bad did that bike stink? And it is already open to the breeze.
But you can't get a more authentic air freshener than a real tree.
You see that yellow tag up at the top. That means OSHA has looked at it and it's okay. It's like official.

“If it fits it sits” also applies to Christmas trees
He's not delivering the tree, it's a decoration for his bike.
Looks like the petrol-powered version of r/carryshitolympics.

I'm down the rabbit hole - NEED HINTS!!!
saudi or bahrain?
A natural pine wouldn't be seen there. Perhaps there are rich folks who can import it. But no, this is Mexico.

Never thought predominantly desertic countries with a Muslim majority would be importing Christmas trees, TIL.
