how much time i spend is irritating. that's not even considering the daytime. the worst for me is when i have to do compulsions around other people. it makes me feel so embarrassed. i'm under stress for a lot of medical things and my therapist even said she believes my stress is significant, which i was never told before. the feeling of losing time doing things your brain tells you that you HAVE to do it, especially at times you're supposed to rest and be relaxed. oce is truly so painful
Are you on medication for it since it's that bad?
And do you think you could first always wait two minutes from the moment you decide to do a compulsion and do it only then?
