History: The McDonald's at the address (90 Broadway Avenue West) was originally built and opened in 1992-93, I don't know when it closed but i don't think it lasted for long, maybe only running for about 6 to 8 years before closing in the late 90's (98-00?),
For a very brief period it was re-opened as a local fried chicken joint, but that shortly flopped thereafter,
The building remained empty for almost three decades after McDonald's closed, up until Corine's opened

I’m getting Burger King vibes from this building. Do you have any pics of it being a McD’s?
I’m not doubting you, just getting a vibe from the shingled roof.
Same! Definitely Burger King looking
It's definitely 1990s McDonalds design. I suspect McD tried to anonymize it before they left.
Check out this example that has since been remodeled to modern standards.

I totally get what your saying
McDonald's usually had a 2 pitch roof where as burger king usually only had the single pitch, so i tend to agree - this feels more like BK than McD.
