According to investigators, the former teacher engaged in sexual acts with a student on school grounds and at home.
He allegedly used Google Docs to groom a student, sharing the link with her so they could communicate with each other.
The teenager told investigators that the pair started chatting in the last school year and this then moved to Google Docs in the summer.
It was this document that officers say contained sexually explicit content with entries describing sexual acts and plans for when and where they would be able to meet up privately.
The girl told investigators that they became physical in September, engaging in sexual acts in Farley’s office and in the classroom, the affidavit states.
Farley allegedly touched her under her clothing in one of the early physical encounters, which escalated over a number of weeks to other acts, including oral sex and intercourse.
The girl told officers that she went to the teacher’s house twice last month while his roommate was away, and a search warrant confirmed details about the home that she told them.
Police said they found bedding, condom wrappers, and furniture that matched the descriptions she gave them and school surveillance footage showed the pair entering his office together and staying there for an hour early last month.

On November 18, the victim revealed bruises and bite marks on her body to an art teacher, claiming they were from Farley.
School authorities were told the next day and immediately suspended the science teacher while reporting the allegations to child welfare services.
Farley has refused to speak to investigators and was booked into the Palm Beach County Main Detention Center on December 4.
He is being held there on a $500,000 bond.
The former teacher has been charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor and offense against a student by an authority figure.
Donna Klein Jewish Academy, a K-12 school, is working with investigators and has called it a “difficult time”.
“We are approaching this serious situation with the utmost care, keeping the well-being of our students, faculty and families at the forefront,” a spokesperson said in a statement given to Fox News Digital.
It is working with staff, parents, and teachers to ensure they all feel supported as it focuses on “a safe, compassionate and educational environment for all”.
The spokesperson confirmed Farley is no longer employed with the school, but would not say any more as the investigation continues.
